Annual Update for DVMS
Welcome to the Diablo Vista Annual Update process, where you can support your child's education by making a voluntary donation directly to our classrooms or to the DVMS Foundation. You can also visit the PTSA webstore to become a member or purchase items provided by the PTSA. Thank you for your time and generous support!
Important Note: The Foundation, School, and PTSA are not allowed to collect funds in the same bank account, and so each organization has a separate online store. If you wish to view your history of donations and purchases, you MUST CHOOSE to create a user account for each store (the system will not force you to create one). If you choose not to donate or purchase items once you have entered a store, you can always return to this Annual Update page using the link found at the bottom of the Home page of each store.
STEP #1: Please visit the DVMS On-Line Store for items such as
PE Uniforms, Yearbooks, and Classroom Donations.
STEP #2: Please visit the DVMS PTSA On-Line Store for items such as
PTSA Membership and the School Directory.
STEP #3: Please visit the DVMS Foundation On-Line Store to donate
towards Class Size Reduction.
STEP #4: Attend the DVMS Walk Through on August 19th or 20th
(see below for times). Click here to pay for photos online.
STEP #5: If you have not already done so, please complete the
District portion of the Annual Update.
Parent Volunteers Needed in the DVMS LIbrary
You are invited to volunteer your time (one hour per week or every other week, or more) to help in the DVMS Library. Please visit the Library home page (link is on the right of the Home Page tabs) for more information.
DVMS Registration Checklist
Volunteer Requirements and Information
School starts Monday August 25 and we need your help with our Annual Walk-Through Registration. Volunteers will help parents ensure their paperwork is complete, answer questions about donations, pick up items (e.g., PE Clothes), provide information (e.g., Advisory Teacher), help students get their photographs taken and more! We can't do it without your help!
This year's Walk-Through Registration dates are Tuesday August 19 from 9:00 am to noon AND 4-7:00 pm and Wednesday August 20 from 9:00 am to noon in the school gym.
Annual Update Information
Annual Update: The annual process to verify and update if desired household and contact information. To be completed on-line beginning at Noon on August 6th, no later than August 22, 2014.
School Site Specific Events: DVMS Walkthrough- 8/19 and 8/20
School Pictures will be taken during Walkthrough Registration
Students will take pictures during DVMS Walkthrough Registration Sessions on August 19 and 20th. Please see attachments for more information.
